Lame Stop employees know nothing! When I first got my PSP (big waste) I came up to the counter and asked for one. He turns around to the wall of PSP's, stares for a minute, turned around and said "This black thing?" pointing at a PSP. I was thinking, "...Noooooo..." It says Sony PSP in big letters on it!
